These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Kensley London, located at Alexander Dumaslaan 24, 1102 VX Amsterdam, accessible via info@kensleylondon.com

1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

2. Product information
We do our utmost to describe the products correctly and to provide up-to-date information and images. However, typing errors, pricing errors or minor colour differences may occur. Kensley London reserves the right to correct any errors.

3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed after receipt of full payment. The available payment methods may vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Processing and Delivery

* Processing time: 1–3 working days
* Shipping time: 3–7 working days (depending on location)
* Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China

We do our utmost to meet the specified delivery times. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures or transport problems.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate returns policy for all conditions relating to returns, cancellations and refunds.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered. Always check the address carefully. Any claims for damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.

8. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@kensleylondon.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days and work with you to find a suitable solution.

9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
